Product Description Mortimer Beckett and the Secrets of Spooky Manor is a new hidden object game. In a bit of a twist, sometimes hidden objects you are searching for are broken up into several pieces. There is also an integrated storyline and adventure which makes solving puzzles superbly fun and more than just a seek and find type game. We are looking forward to this spooky manor game. This has turned into a fan favorite game and is now available in the retail market. While we are hoping for a sequel, none have been confirmed. Mortimer Beckett is one of the best hidden objects games in quite a long time. You'll love this adventure for sure with the great artwork and fun story.
Hunt the halls of Spooky Manor for hidden objects, return the items to their rightful places and solve a series of brain-bending puzzles to get to the bottom of this eerie mystery. Only those with a keen eye for detail will discover the answers hidden in Spooky Manor.

Too short of a game December 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We bought this for the whole family to play. All four of us played and finished the game in one evening.
My son thinks this is like an "I Spy" game. The pieces are very hard to find, but like SwellMoms said in her review, I also have a small 32" TV.
In all, I don't recommend this game because it is very simple, and too short to keep playing. Once completed, it seems like the game is over and it is time to trade it in.
There are a few reasons why I bought it in the first place. 1) I wanted a four player game so we all could play at the same time. 2) I was looking for a family friendly game for my 11 and 9 y/o. 3) I was looking for a mystery / dungeon kind a game. Wii is short on these it seems.
Nancy Drew is a mystery game, but is only a 1 player game.
Only if you have a big TV... December 27, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This game was fun, but hard and short lived. Our TV is a standard 32" I think, and you aren't looking for objects, but for FRAGMENTS of objects. like 5 pieces to a dart. I think this would have been more fun if we had a larger television. It was an eye strain from the sofa though. We finished the game in one day, though. It's a great game to just be doing nothing in particular. Not too much brainwork, and fun for kids and adults.
